Whilst rubbish collections have continued throughout the CV19 restrictions, street cleaning and Wiltshire Council/Highways England verge clearance have largely been suspended. This unfortunately means that there is a lot of litter and rubbish around; please be good citizens and when out and about, where/when and safely able, do your bit and help to clear up our community.
As part of a national wider Great British Clean (litter pick), a Community Litter Picking is provisionally scheduled for 12 Jun 21. The idea is for volunteers to gather at a central point and then fan out along various routes within the parish and pick up litter. Please consider supporting this community activity.
